Yeah good point, I hope they are all very happy working from Luthiers apartment.

What.. so we still have no readme for the latest beta patch and any updates on the found issues is because you were moving to the new office during the past two weeks? How long does it usually takes to move offices in russia? Like how many weeks? And are you posting right now on the go from your phone?

I can fully understand it will effect everything, In fact in the history of MG games I can imagine it reading 'just when the dev's had fianlly nailed down the code and the ultimate patch was about to be released they had to move office and were never heard of again'.:grin:

I picture the final scene in Raiders of the Lost Ark where they are rolling the Ark down an aisle in a giant warehouse, to be filed away never to be heard from again until a half-assed sequel staring Shia LaBeouf in a supporting role...

Lets hope the major announcement isnt that Shia LaBeouf will be voice acting in BoM :)

He had just finished typing up the readme in an update and was about to hit send when they unplugged his computer and wheeled it away... soooo close.

Well better a move than a removal.

That depends on where they will move

True enough, a broom closet wouldnt be a good working environment, of course it would be easier for B6 to see what the programmers are up to :)

All that packing up and then setting up again. Could be a while for anything. Crikey, they may not have Internet connected at the new place for weeks if they just found out they have to move.
Poor blokes. Rough times, rough times.

I don't think that we know they were given little warning. WE were given little warning. Could be they knew, and told us today, so the pressure would be off to submit a new patch? Companies don't usually move without having a plan to be up and running again immediately. Bottom line is we don't know the details.

I think they are doing as well as they can in fixing the problems, with what they have to work with. I like this sim, and hope to see improvements as time goes on.

Yes, they know what they have to do. To give us a very good...no...a perfect patch is their highest goal.

LOOOL....you think it's already paid off?

catito14 07-13-2012 03:18 PM

Jokes aside, i decided to give them a chance. Maybe this move is a good notice for us and they will ready to continue working on monday in a better place, more confortable. If this move is consecuence of the necessity of more space because they hired more people, that is definitely a great news for us. More people working on it = faster time they will fix it
B6 could indicate in what time you will be ready to start working on it again?

Regards
