Beta patch. Who knows what the full patch will have. Personally since I have started alpha testing another game genre I am not so blown away with the CoD graphics anymore.
The biggest issue for me is online stability for everyone.

Yes, sorry uther the beta patch should fix the CTD, though its not been confirmed 100% yet.

For all we know, we don't know anything about the detailed practical properties of the patch. Hope -but doubt- they'll be able to get it done before easter though.

Yes the graphics patch is a misnomer. Most of the performance issues appear to be found in the graphic engine, hence calling it the graphics patch. It should have been called the performance patch, where they are improving the fps, and other performance degradation issues, which hopefully includes fixes for the CTD's etc. I would imagine the slow fps, stutters, memory leak, and CTD's roots are closely related.
