Flame and exhaust smoke are rendered only if CEM enabled because where generated accordingly to piston position, mixture, engine temp, altitude... all parameter that where calculated only with CEM enabled

Meant to be like that mate, don't know if it was a replacement panel but half the 'A' was missing
