You may be thinking of Asuras DGen mod -here is the thread for that:

and my personal recommendation is use DCG, it takes a little time to get used to, but then it is great. And you can design your own campaigns if you want to, and that is on every available map.

at current moment we came to Alpha-Beta testing stage ..

few days ago was build first alpha ... almost beta in fact ...

There are lot's of speculation over att mission4today about what 4.14 will contain.

Is it to early to ask for a readme or a list of what you guys have intended to include in 4.14?
