Hmm, should it say "4.10m" on the loading screen, or have I bugged something up?

It should say 4.10.1m on the loading screen.
Perhaps you unpacked the patch into wrong folder?

You should enable it through JSGME as a 00_Stock_4.101m. My install was with Ultr@Pack Update & Restore. Works fine, but unfortunately, UP 2.01 and 4.101m are still and again separate environments. God knows, for how long :-((( ...
