Yes, most private Bf 108s were painted in RLM24. Same for D-IPLO.

RLM24 - I'm not trying to nit- pick, and I don't know much about those colours. But for accuracy's sake neither of those posted look like these:

indeed. i took mine from here, completely different. a bad source. http://rhorta.home.xs4all.nl/jgrlm.htm that colour you posted seems correct.
