Thanks for the patch. First impressions:
Cleared cache. Applied the patch. Ran the France freeflight and did a low pass on the big city below with about 15fps, which is about 5 fps increase for me.

Got online and on ATAG - Axis&Allies. Did a ~30min Stuka mission with no problems (other than getting shot down by flak ;) )... And aside the graphics bug that has been there since release (posted about that in the bug thread).
