Attention USSR team:
please post before 11:59pm (Monday, January 11. Pacific Time) What Hangar option you would like. You guys got 2500 resources to spend and you can afford all Hangar Options except for Hangar E.
** If an Hangar is not selected, then, for this occasion only, I will choose Hangar D for you which includes all planes except Jets. (both La's are included)
*** If kozzmo does not reply to this message I will use any other USSR team member's decision.
(I will be here at 12:00am pacific time (tuesday) to post this week's briefing's.)

this type of announcement would be more noticeable on the first page. There was not much time between it and the briefing being posted, I was on the site only once during that time, and it was sandwiched between your other posts.
My issues with rules have nothing to do with trust. Like it or not, this is essentially like a sports league. When what is fair is decided arbitrarily by one party, it leads to unexpected conflicts of interest. If all the players aren't involved in shaping the rules, the entire sport suffers.
Since few members of either team have really studied the rules, I will continue to go out of my way to protect my team's best interests.
Here's something unforeseen: since you get the screenshots, you know the objectives progress of both sides before we do. That affects planning. Wouldn't hurt for us to get copies of them.
To my team, half of you were online and ready to fight earlier today, unfortunately not all of you got the chance. Those of you who didn't, I'll make sure you get into the rotation. Only UK's top aces showed during peak hours. If it were a real war, it would already be over. Keep it up.
