I see discussion at the April 13th update thread about "Launcher.EXE" and it only affecting online players.

I'd just like to add (without derailing the update thread), that I have had a window pop up on many occasions, that the "Launcher.EXE" has failed (can't remember the exact statement it gave me) while playing offline.

About commands to AI: It seems that they do execute the commands but only a lot later than the command was given. I just managed to make them land and I got permission to land in a quick mission. However, as said, much much later than the time I ordered that.

I am not talking about BETA patch. But exactly the last release version.
