The simple fact is that any of my countrymen that are interested in the sim did what I did and purchased it from Just Flight and already have it.

The US was never a huge market for Oleg, and it never will be.

Now can we argue about tracers, or sound, or flap deployment speeds, or something?

i havent bought i yet. still waiting for a amazon package to magically appear at my door step sometimes next week.

YE GADS....

Its been 2 weeks since the last official update...

How long does it take to make a patch? as long as it takes

really? possibly longer than 2 weeks? yes 'fraid so

Do I want them to stop work on the patch to inform me that the patch is not ready yet? not really no

2 weeks folks... untwist yer knickers eh?

I hope we hear of an announcement regarding the mythical community manager. It would do alot of good for the game and its community. Just keeping us up-to-date on the game's continuing progress helps cut down the negativity and speculation while also creating some hope our purchases were not a complete waste but rather an early contribution to a great product. ;)

It'd also help to start a proper bug fixing effort where the CM could compile an actively updated list of known bugs and their status (fixed in next patch or being worked on etc). Although we as a community have tried our best to do this ourselves, it is useless without active feedback from the dev team.

I really hope we have a significant update to hear about, seeing the new sound engine in action with some sneak-peaks at some new sound samples would make alot of people happy and confident the game can only get better.

In light of the recent totalitarian decent of this forum, you cant post a half naked lady with a dead fish, as there are children that use these forums, and to add to that, there is a sea-man lurking in the bottom left of the picture who looks like he wants to eat the fish, raw.
Sorry, but you have to remove this picture right away or face a seven day ban.

Oh yeah on another note, just remembered this:

"We are redoing our sound from scratch. It is proceeding at a better pace than expected. It’s already in a working alpha state, and everyone loves it. The only thing that makes it an alpha is that a lot of events do not play sounds yet. 95% of the remaining work is simply adding new samples"

Surely if they were at this stage 2 weeks ago we should have some kind of major progress by now with almost all the sounds added. I would really like to have some kind of update, if not beta test of the sounds (probably hoping for too much I know)
