I take it you have not flown the G.50 online and tried switched off the magneto once the engine is warm?
Because if you had you would be surprised to note that it does not switch off but continues to run until if you wait long enough you run out of petrol.

Cheers!

There is no fuel cock in the Italian planes.

And this works on the G.50 how? Clickable Fuel cocks do not work on the G.50 unless I missed a patch update?
You have flown the G.50 right, just asking after Tom's earlier response? If so are you assigning keys to the fuel cocks. If you have it working I would be happy to know how :)

You do realise that you're not in a cockpit, but sitting on a chair in front of a computer.
I asked the Italian half of my family if they would be insulted if they couldn't turn off a computer plane's engine. They think I'm nuts. I tried to explain that I wanted to cheer my prowess, but they think I'm more nuts. I wear a headset, so I could just take them off if I wanted to cheer from my seat without being annoyed by a computer generated engine sound.

You mean it's not real... Sigh.

There is no programmed fuel cock in the Italian planes (I tried with keys too).
I flew a test run online now - just for sure - I checked the last patch, but nothing change: the magneto 0 has stopped the engine after landing. I didn't got "engine stopped" message during flight (i think, because the prop still spinning), but after land (even with warmed engine) the engine stopped.

Okay I am clicking the magneto to turn it off and it has not done it on full real CEM. Are you mouse clicking or using a key to turn magneto to "0"

Keys.
I tried the mouse click, and you are right, the engine didn't stopped. I noticed, the mouse clicks not connected with the keyboard keys, no matter the clicking with mouse, the up and down keys will switch from the last "key" position - and vica versa. It's a bug. Compare with 109, the 109's magneto work well, if I switch with mouse, the key continue the switching from the last position.

Great, rant over. Thanks Tom. All this time playing the game and a simple keybind fixes the problem.

Silly question but have you tried double clicking? I couldn't get the Pitot heat in a hurricane on the other day until I double clicked or did a movement with my mouse while clicking and one of those two managed to get the toggle to happen.
