I think what is means is if you get 100 fw kills now you will get it.

And/or you can wait till the title update and then get it then.

I can confirm that the Ta-152 can be unlocked by achieving 100 kills with the Fw-190 F-8 (probably a mix of any of the Fw-190 series).

Since it was missing from the stickied unlock list here, I thought it was pre-order only. Might want to edit it, so that other people don't make the same mistake.

(This does mean however, that the "Axis Aircraft Expert" trophy is bugged. Not in a bad way though, but I achieved it without having the Ta-152)
