S!
Congrats on new card but why on earth PSEUDO?! USe Full Screen. Also put off SSAO, does VERY little for the stutter and lower FPS it causes in some cases. Also building detail to MEDIUM does not affect your visuals the slightest but again a bit more performance. Forest is good enough with Medium already. That antialiasing is as said before, use 2x. Biggest impact you get by setting Effcts to medium, even then they look good but with less effect..worth trying :) And again..grats on the card :) |

This is one of the reasons so many people complain about poor performance. People with older, less powerful hardware use way too high graphics setings. Why would you use 16x antialiasing when the game can't render anything over 2x? All you get is the performance hit with no visual improvement. SSAO and "Original" texture size were also very bad for your old card. I'm sure this new card will cut trough the game like hot knife in butter and what setings you use won't hurt performance. Congrats and enjoy it. |
