The last two images are intentional. Water is hard to get up high, be happy it's there at all. Flying past it at speed you'll never notice. As for the road into the forest... you've never driven anywhere where a single lane road isn't covered overhead with trees? The vehicles don't care. That's MORE realistic to me, not less.

On the one hand your telling me that you don't have the time to clarify your comment, but on the other hand you do have the time to supply a Google link and a comment about "enlightening" myself on the meaning of "alpha beta"....you could have just said that you felt that their are some trees in the wrong place.

In my original question I was hoping that you would clarify your comment: "But the beta is missing out some maps and objects"...I thought that maybe you expected some additional maps in the final patch (in addition to the new ones we already got in the beta) I was thinking that I might be able to help you understand that we will most likely NOT see any more maps or objects....Believe it or not I run across people here that are under the impression that we might even see some additional aeroplanes to fly in the next patch...(I wish :))

My comment: "Thats what I thought" was a knee jerk reaction to your arrogant reply to my query....

Agreed. That comment was rude. But I hope you can understand that, too. As you can also see from the other comments to your posting, people tend to react annoyed, because this question has been asked more than 100 times here and in the zoo and at some point you just tend to loose temper if you try to give a short answer and get a comment in return, that is not aimed at the original question but yourself.
I can even understand that reaction, but it is not my fault that my favorite game is no longer supported and there is no sense in shooting the messenger and I saw that very same flamewar that always follows my kickback to reality rolling over me even by your first comment.

There's always the zoo.

@ Feuerfalke. IMHO every post you've made in this thread has been rude. Perhaps YOU know this stuff, but it does not necessarily follow that others do. For example, I read nearly every post on this forum, many at the Zoo, those at SimHQ, and at another place that is enlightened but can't be referenced.

I've never seen a post that deals with a lot of what you've described here. I fly 4.09m (beta) routinely (as does my squad) and we've never seen these issues (but then, we probably don't fly the maps that have the problems you are describing). So .........

Just because Proton (or anyone else for that matter) asks a question to which you believe you know the answer doesn't necessarily make him (or them) either stupid, a troll, or arrogant. Perhaps they are simply curious.

It would seem respectful to share you knowledge gracefully. Others manage to do that without much problem.

I appreciate your taking the time, finally, to enlighten Proton. You also enlightened me, for which I'm grateful.

Just remember when you read a post, your putting your own feelings and attitude into the context of that paragraph that person typed out; in his or her own feelings and tone. So just remember that.

I excused myself for being rude. If you want to crucify me, I suggest you drop me a personal message and we discuss that in private.

On a personal note, though, I am not an active member of the UBI-Zoo and I don't play 4.09b, yet I found the links and copy and pasted them all in less than 2 minutes. So, I still personally doubt, that this info is a well kept secret.
