It is. And I think most people have 1 or 2 favourite planes they usually fly. Just write down or remember the sens. settings for the planes you like, and you can switch, no problems.

arcade is fun for what it is. The problem is you can get into bad habits. In arcade, you can through the plane around a lot, about the only thing that will get you in trouble is critical speed, push nose down. Try to throw the plane this way and that on realistic or sim and you will find yourself in a spin or stall in no time. Realistic and sim require a lighter touch on the controls. Realistic is a good place to practice, and on several of the single missions I found it easier than arcade to finish the mission. Work your way up to sim slowly, the plane is even touchier and findiing targets is the big problem. You have to train your eyes to see even the smallest speck. I'm thinking of trading mine in for a better set, but I can't seem to find any eyes.

would you guys say the sensitivity matters in Arcade, i seem to be over stearing.

Riceball 10-08-2009 02:22 PM

With some planes, it is actually better to lower the sensitivity. Even on Arcade.

i think ill kick it down a few notch, especally with the flight stick, i find myself slightly over climbing on foes, and BADLY dropping. ill zoom right past my opponant.
