well from a place where there was nearly all girls to a place nearly all male

The traditional male dilemma ...

- You can get a job where you get to play with lots of expensive technical toys and sometimes blow sh@t up.

- OR you can get a job where there are lots of cute women.

In the movies the exciting techo careers are also filled with hot women (as a romantic interest) who have a PhD in something or other, or are career military, or are some sort of Intelligence Agency operative - but in real life the two do not go together at all. Ask any mining engineer.

Once more, Raaaid provides a beacon of sanity in this Bedlam. The rest of us are tying to put the world to rights, while he concentrates on what matters - being who he wants to be, even if it confuses the hell out of everyone else...

fyp.
Do you have any idea how much a student actually costs?
In Switzerland it's €20-25k(taxpayer money), a year, for each one of them.
Universities are not a public service but an investment of your country - in you.

raaaid 07-12-2012 11:19 AM

whats more of a drain for society:

eductaing your self and making art cause you need litle so need to work litle so you have much time

or being a banker and robbing people

bongodriver 07-12-2012 11:28 AM

Not much difference, you're both taking money from people for your own gain and giving nothing back.

Amen. Raaaid is a good lad.....and the nastier elements of this forum need to stop picking on him and get a life. He's harmless.

Rock on Raaaid, rock on. :D
