Prediction:

More "testing is going well" lines at least 2
No readme yet due to no time
No progress on anything else
More pictures of something we'll never see in 2012
Whole lot more BS from BS

Nobody said a patch would be coming this Friday, it would be nice to have the trees fixed but I'm guessing thats something for after the game works properly.

We may not get any Clod info this week but the best that can be done is to keep testing and giving feed-back to the Devs.
The bottom line is that further sequel content will have to be continued whilst those working on game engine performance crashes and bugs will plod on trying to sort the foundations on which the next sequel will run.
All in all they must be sailing close to the wind trying to reach their targets, if the the game aint fixed then poor sales on the sequel in the west.
As I am sure we all want this series to succeed and go on then we all need bite the bullet and do what we can to help.
The BoB spirit.

Devs are currently arguing that this is "impossible", which is ridiculous! All they need to do is have a zone around the aircraft where trees are of the same density, no matter what the "forest" setting is placed on. Beyond this zone is either nothing (forests set to off) or that green line thing that they currently use for distant forests.

Collision proximity is client side, synchronised through the server (on multiplayer another player's aircraft hitting a tree is most probably milliseconds away from crashing, so the precision doesn't have to be fantastic).
