there's been a number of off topic posts that were posted on the main forum and have been moved to the Pilot's Lounge, hence my comment ;)

the impression one gets though is that the continuous disappointment caused by the lack of info and patches is sending this place into oblivion.

I think they really have no excuse anymore, and they know it. Anyway, let's sit and wait, and if you really get bored, there's a fantastic Do-17Z that has been released for IL-2 which is superb!
