I had BBQ Kangaroo skewers with plum sauce and chilli and lemon grass prawn skewers on the Barby today!

Happy Australia day to my uncle. His last letter (to my father) was in late 60s. From then on he newer heard of him (and they were close). :-(

I had roo as well and a stack of lamb chops. Waiting for my Pav now. The tin lids are chucking on the fruit now.

What does roo taste like then? Most exotic thing I have eaten is ostrich...

It's really nice mate. Needs to be cooked by someone that knows how to cook it. It's sold in all shops now. A really lean meat. You have try some mate. It's beaut.
