I hoped you did know but just thought i would make sure, I can just imagine someone somewhere right now trying to hammer the i7 2600K cpu into there old i7 930 motherboard :mrgreen:

my first choise was the i7 2600k but i had a problem with momo right now and i don't know which one to buy so i can put the i7 2600k
if i can't stop myself by the end of this month i will go for it
or i will do what JG52Krupi suggests

Hold out for the socket 2011 Ivy Bridge chip.Due out Q3 of this year.

i was heard that the new Ivy Bridge chip will be push for 2012
