I've looked at the way skins are handled in .mis files and I've decided I won't be using custom skins. The player is still free to choose any skin for his aircraft, but the AI will have to remain on stock skins for now. Also, to clarify, the title shot should be at least 1024 pixels wide and the others should be at least 800X600.

I like the third shot in that last set. Also the second and fourth at the bottom of the last page. I've attached a screenshot of the exact aircraft that the player will fly. Stab. I/ I.JG 51

ok, though there is some nice JG51 skins that come with the game that look much nicer... that's just the stock default 109 skin your using.

Just for kicks, I thought I'd take some screenshots while testing. They turned out better than expected.
