ahhh i see they look like Gasholders or Gasometer's, in RL they rise as the amount of gas increases.

I wonder if they do in game, would be cool if they did :)

You will see a "no smoking" advert next to it, get close grab your lighter and light up a cigarrete, the fumes will be enough :-P
