I guess I could fly the P-51 for 7 hours to verify this...

Just kidding. I don't have the patience for that task.

the DLC is out allready? i'll have to check the psn store today.

i'm glad the ta-152 as dlc, since getting those 100 kills would be a pain. now i can focus on the 109 g and k and the spitfire so i can get the birdfan, allied expert, and axis expert trophies
(although it will still be a pain unlocking bombs for the fw-190f8)

any clue as to a ps3 release date, anyone?
it always boggles my mind as to why the self-destructing xbox always seems to get more exclusive content than the ps3.....

lol, it's because it's Micro$oft... They probably paid them to do so.

Quick question... If I have the DLC, and my friend doesn't, can we still play together as long as I don't use the 2 DLC planes?

It's because the PSN store only updates thursday, while the XBL Marketplace updates more often.

You can play together even if you use the DLC planes. They're already on the disc, just not unlocked.

Aye, the already tiny online community would be splintered to hell if it wasn't done that way. If they do bring out 'new' MP planes, it'd probably pay them to patch them into everyone's game, or there'll be an elite crew of 50-100 playing it regularly on both consoles and that'd be it.

More importantly, Oo-ray for the DLC! :D. Sounds like it's well priced and well targeted (I know a lot of you are onliners, but there aren't many of you relative to the total game's userbase) - will deffo be picking this up for sure, and crossing my fingers for a more involved single-player mission editor either in further DLC or the sequel.
