So with time running out for an update are we going to be back to not knowing what is going on? I mean, are we to guess that there is another last minute bug that will be announced on Friday, or will it all go quite again for a few weeks like last time and fuel speculation that the game cannot be fixed? I really thought B6 would have given some update regardless so we could at-least know whats happened.

Nah, they'll now wait till Friday to show us some more piccies of their "upcoming sequel" which of course we shall all rush out to pre-order due to the amazing levels of customer service and support we have had with our original purchase;)

As for the carrot...I mean patch, i'm sure it'll be along shortly :)

LOL.

Luthier and team should have learned by now not to make any predictions for timing of future patch releases or nature of performance increases. They are immediately construed as deadlines and promises by too many people.

Better to say 'we're working hard on X/Y/Z,' and then just make an announcement when they are ready.

Underpromise, overdeliver.
