I'm getting the access violations previously stated on startup of the tutorials. I have managed to update my game online to 2.2.1 but when I try to manually download 2.2.3 I get a message stating that I must have XIII installed on my computer!!! Can anyone help please. I have the Gold Edition by the way

Well I've finally managed to download the latest patch but now I'm getting the following - List Index Out Of Bounds (-1) error on startup. Any advice anyone????????
