Funny thing is that I had a feeling that CoD could have some issues with SLI/crossfire and bought my single card before the lauch of the game...
Hoping they fix this in a near future.

@WOef

Hmmm, well its obvious I confused catalyst AI with disabling one of the GPUs then. I am no technical expert. In any event, I also stand by what I said...the previous patch works fine for me, the current one doesn't. I am happy enough to continue with the old one and wait and see what happens with later patches with the 5970s, with my previous stated confidence in the devs to sort things out.

I also stand by what I said about your sanctimonious tone. You offer a suggestion, I politely thank you whilst mentioning I will probably let things ride for now but you want to make some sort of issue out of it. Is it really that upsetting for you if someone doesn't follow your suggestion? Strewth mate, have a lie down!

Lets just leave it at that then eh?

EDIT: Oh bugger, I just saw your edit above. Yup, that was what got me ticked off originally. Put this down to internet miscommunication mate. All good.

I think the 109 doesn't have one.

Some more feedback for the devs...

I tried disabling Catalyst AI in the profiles.xml as per WOef suggestion and the other thread.

It did seem to cure the flickering that was shown on Kankkis' video, but unfortunately the really bad stutters remained.

Have again rolled back to the previous beta patch. Looking forward to further patches after you've enjoyed your holidays lads. Been flying IL2 since the original demo and I am loving CoD despite its difficult launch. Once all the warts are fixed up, it is going to be an absolute gem.

intel i7 950 @ 3.8
6 Gig 1600 RAM
Win 7 64bit
ATI 5970 with 11.4 drivers

What it positive with last patch, it now found both GPUs from my 5970 card, because when i enable from my ccc "show crossfire logo when used" now i see that logo when i play clod, i think that problem cured with true fullscreensupport because sli/crossfire doesen't work on windowed games.
