Last night i watched World war 2 in colour on Fox history channel, this episode was BOB. Was fasinating to see all the strange colours of the aircraft

Me 109 E - Body dark green, red spinner, bow and arrow on the side
Me 109 E - dark coloured body, orange spinner ?? (probably faded red)
Spitfire - normal green brown camo but with red spinner!
Hurricane - yellow spinner ??

Name these aircraft! Win a luxurious trip for 12 to Siberia!

Have any of you guys released any skins yet?

Look at the aileron rod hanging down in the 4th shot. What other sim would give you that kind of attention to detail?

Nice shots, thanks.

It's not an aileron rod, its the pitot tube (I think).

I chuckle that people point this out as a game flaw. If they went out and bought an infinite resolution monitor they wouldn't see it, problem solved!

Saw a good documentary the other day. Apparently the display resolution of a cuttlefishs skin is about 300 dots per millimetre and they can reproduce texture. That should do for a start.

It strapping one of the buggers on your monitor and having him hold still while your flying that is the problem! ;)

Cheers

I wonder what the white dots are below the Blenheim. Haystacks? Sheep on parade?
They look unusually well ordered, whatever they are.
The space between some of them would make a perfect emergency landing strip.

New Graphics card has made quite a differnce in getting screenies. Before the low FPS I had was bad for game play but the screenshots came out pretty good, infact maybe the best feature of the sin, but now with settings & FPS way up ,the possibilities for screenshotare pretty awesome. Here are a few at random:
