how to know the video drive????
i try to uninstall but useless!

The error is generated by a program call to a C++ function which isn't find. Can be you don't have installed correctly the visual C++ runtime library (in control panel you must find the installation), or by a game dll, or by a videocard driver dll, or by a directx dll, or by a windows dll.

You have already reinstalled the game, so I don't think it is a game dll, so try first to update the driver of videocard (or uninstall and reinstall if you have the last), if not work reinstall the C++ library (in microsoft site you find this), if not work reinstall the directx (what version of directx you use?), at last I hope not made a recover of Windows.

I have found a solution to the pikeman formation error where it crashes when you attack the circular formated pikeman. I was looking around when i fount a file sum1 has put up so i downloaded it and extracted them to my game directory and replaced the files and it worked. It isnt a complete solution as every now and then the error message pops up but it doesnt crash the game like before, I just cross off the message and continued playing the game so the game is now playable for me. I will post the link to the file as soon as possible :):-o

Error running XIII Century Gold Edtion
 

I just purchase through Steam XIII Century Gold Edition.

When I run the game, quicly a Video card Test srats and then crash to the following error "Access Violation 6967692A in module 'atioglxx.dll"

I have the latest driver for my video card.

Please find attach the system information


PLEASE HELP!

Install the russian and ukranian char set in windows.

If it isn't sufficient, try to change the video settings you use.

In extremis, test with the previous driver of videocard.

Problem with textures!! Or something like that... I don't know
 

When I play the game, al scenarios seems wierd, the only things that are correct are the units, but the castle at the main menu, the trees, the earth, etc, are incorrect. And when I play a battle, the letters can´t be readed anymore. There are also errors, sometimes, with things like the map, the banners, and options like that.

The game is awesome, but i can't watch it correctly!

Try to change the graphical settings. YOu leave those set by the game automatically at the first installation? What graphic card you use?

I´ve changed configurations to obtain a better performance, and my graphic card is Mobile Intel(R) 965 express chipset family. It´s a notebook.

Mhh..I thinks you set something not fully compatible with your card. Try to re-launch the configuration exe in the game directory and leave him set automatically. If this doesn't work, try to change the light and shadow settings.
